Description: Join me for a bicycle ride on a portion of the Neuse River Trail. This beautiful trail parallels the Neuse River and skirts along the edge of Raleigh. This bike ride begins at Anderson Point Park in Raleigh. We will ride south to the town of Clayton and return to Anderson Point Park by the same route. The Neuse River trail is paved and well maintained, so hybrid or road bikes will be suitable. Bring water, snacks/lunch—and a spare tube. Please contact Ruth by Friday at noon for meeting times if interested. 33-36 miles total.
