Description: This trail loop in South Mountains State Park offers a beautiful but distant view of High Shoals Falls along the fairly strenuous ascent via Chestnut Knob trail. We'll continue on Sawtooth to go right on Horseridge trail and then on to Upper CCC trail. Our return to Jacob Fork parking area will be by way of Little River trail. 8 miles/2200 ft. [R30]. Adding the 2.7 mile up and back trail to the falls will be optional.
