Description: Join me on a hike across my favorite park as the meadows are in full of butterflies and the vistas are beautiful. The park is accessible from the north now! Please note: there is ongoing construction along the Blue Ridge Parkway and you can only access Doughton park by driving up North Carolina 21 to the parkway. If there is time and interest, we can also include Wildcat Rocks Overlook and check out The Bluffs Restaurant for refreshments post hike. Please register by noon Friday August 22.
