Description: Join me for a bike ride on the New River Trail. This ride will begin at Foster Falls, VA. We will ride to the community of Fries and enjoy a picnic lunch before returning to Foster Falls by the same route. The total distance of this ride is 42 miles. The trail surface is gravel so thin road bike tires will not be suitable. Hybrid or mountain bikes only. E mail Ruth by Friday noon for meeting times if you plan on participating.
