Kayak and Camping trip, Tuckasegee and Nantahala Rivers

Description: A yearly favorite. We will camp at Moonshine Creek Campground in Balsam, NC located near Sylva, NC. Friday afternoon, some of us will hike a local short section of the MST. On Saturday we will kayak the Tuckasegee River which is not a beginner paddle. On Sunday we will up the excitement on the Nantahala River where some will paddle kayaks, others paddle duckies and the rest enjoy a wild ride in guided rafts.
