The Priest and Crabtree Falls

Description: Join me for a climb up The Priest and over to Crabtree Falls. This hike will be a little over 9 miles with an elevation gain of about 3,000 ft. Part of our hike is on the Appalachian Trail. We will be rewarded with mountain views and beautiful waterfalls. We will unload a few of our hikers at the trail head for the Priest and take most cars to the ending point at the Crabtree Falls parking lot (there is a $3 fee, so bring small bills). Then one car will take the other car riders back to join the rest of hikers at The Priest trailhead. My plan is to reach the Priest Parking lot at 9 am. The drive time from Greensboro is about 3 hours. Contact me no later than March 30th to determine logistics for carpooling from Greensboro and for the hike
