Wolf Rock Trail to Cook's Wall Trail

Description: Please join me for a calorie-burning early winter hike at Hanging Rock. We will meet at the visitor center parking lot for an out and back hike taking the Hanging Rock trail to the Wolf Rock trail split. We will hike on a surface of gravel/dirt/rock with some uneven steps and an elevation gain of 1200 ft so poles might be helpful. We will stop to admire the view from Wolf Rock, continue on to House Rock, then hike to Cook’s Wall for a snack while viewing Sauratown and Pilot Mountain. Please bring your poles, water, and a snack. Hope to be done by 12:30ish.
