Description: Caraway Creek Preserve is located near Asheboro, North Carolina at the Northern terminus of the ancient Uwharrie Mountains. Highlights of this trail include an historic check dam, mature forest, a wide creek, and good views of the creek. Address is 829 Jerico Road, Asheboro After the hike, we will drive the less than ten minutes to The Table, 139 S.Church St for lunch. If you haven’t experienced this delightful, unique eatery now is your chance. Sad to say that nothing like it exists in Greensboro.
