Description: For those who like to sleep in let's take a nice afternoon walk at Guilford McIntosh Park in Whitsett. Easy access off I85. There is a 3 mile loop which we can do once or twice depending on hiker preference. Afterward we take a quick ride down the road to Red Oak Brewery for some refreshment. The trail has a little elevation, some beautiful white quartz outcroppings and nice views of the lake. Meet at 1 pm at the end of the park entrance road where the bathrooms are located. 3 or 6 miles R8 or R1
