Description: Join me for a climb up The Priest and over to Crabtree falls. This hike will be a little over 9 miles with the elevation gain of about 3,000ft. (R-40) Part of this hike is on the Appalachian Trail. We will be rewarded with mountain views and pristine waterfalls. We plan to park one set of cars at the Crabtree falls parking lot and the other at the Priest trailhead. The hike will begin at The Priest at 9am. The drive time from Greensboro is about 3hrs.
