Description: Join me for this hike at Plainfield Rd for a 7-mile out and back hike at 9 a.m. Directions: Head north on Church St. crossing over Pisgah Church Rd. Cross Lake Townsend twice, turn left on Plainfield Rd. Trailhead is on the right after about a mile. From Lake Brandt Rd: driving north from town, make a right turn on Plainfield after passing the Lake Brandt Marina. Trailhead will be on the left after a few miles down Plainfield Rd. 7 miles. [R-8]
