Description: This cleanup is in a remote area in Jamestown that is not your typical cleanup scene located where the Richland Creek and Deep River converge and empty down river into the Piedmont Triad Water Regional Water Authority treatment facility. You must wear enclosed shoes, preferably hiking boots, waders, rubber boots or something protective. Long pants are recommended; there are some briars but they can be avoided with care. There is a hill that we must go down to get to the cleanup, it is not terribly steep but it can be hard for some. Bring bug spray, your own packed lunch and a reusable water bottle! DRRK will provide water! We will meet at 10am at the High Point Sheriff's Office Shooting Range, 6011 Riverdale Road, Jamestown, NC, to park cars and have some donuts and coffee before walking across the street to the site.
