Description: On Friday, travel 2 hrs from Greensboro to Kings Mountain SC SP and set up camp. On Saturday, travel 1 hr to Landsford SP on the Catawba River to paddle and enjoy the rare Rocky Shoals Spider Water lilies in bloom. This is our 3rd trip to view the awesome water lilies. Return to campground for a group pot luck dinner. Tour the adjoining Kings Mt National Battleground Park at any time during our weekend at the campground.
