Description: Looking for something fun to do on a Friday evening? Join us at “golden hour” for a leisurely 4–5 mile walk (approximately 17–18 minute pace) through the beautiful Guilford Courthouse National Military Park (2332 New Garden Rd., Greensboro) and adjoining Country Park. We will visit the newly renovated Hoskins Farmstead, the homestead of the Hoskins Family during the 18th and 19th centuries. After the walk, anyone interested can stroll over to Ozzy's Ice Cream for a refreshing treat and enjoy the evening air. FYI — Ozzie’s offers non-dairy options as well. Please park in the overflow lot along Old Battleground Road, as the Visitor Center closes at 5:00 PM. Hope you can join us!
