Description: Join me for a weeknight paddle on Lake Brandt in Greensboro. We’ll meet at the marina (5945 Lake Brandt Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455) at 5:15pm and check in with the office, aiming to be on the water by 5:30/5:45pm. You can bring your own kayak/paddleboard for a $6 launch fee, or rent a boat from the marina for $15 for a single kayak, $25 for a double kayak, or $15 for a paddleboard. Note: Rentals are first come, first served so are subject to day-of availability. If renting, you may want to call ahead before going to the marina to check availability. We’ll cruise around for an hour and a half or so and will be off the water by 7:30pm (30 minutes before the marina closes at 8pm).
Required Gear: Water, snack, sunscreen, personal flotation device (or rent), kayak/paddleboard (or rent)
