Description: Join me for a paddle on Lake Brandt in Greensboro. We’ll meet at the marina at 8am and check in with the office, aiming to be on the water by 8:30am. You can bring your own kayak/paddleboard for a $6 launch fee, or rent a boat from the marina for $15 for a single kayak, $25 for a double kayak, or $15 for a paddleboard. *Disclaimer* rentals are first come, first served so are subject to day-of availability. We’ll cruise about 6 miles around both ends of the lake, starting on the southern side towards Weaver Bridge then head to the northern side of the lake towards the Bur Mil pier, then returning to the marina.
Required Gear: Water, snack, sunscreen, personal flotation device (or rent), kayak/paddleboard (or rent)
