Description: This is a two-night, out-and-back hike from Carver's Gap along the Appalachian Trail in the Roan Highlands. The hike crosses several balds and Little Hump Mountain. Campsites will be near Grassy Ridge Bald on the first night and near Little Hump Mountain on the second night.  An alternative for the second night may be Big Yellow Mountain. All participants should register no later than October 7.
